Lake Anna Championship Qualifiers

The 2nd Lake Anna Qualifier is in the books with the team of Frank Sipe and Lindsay Spradlin taking the top spot with a five bass limit weighing 12.22 lbs. They took home a check for $1,100.00 and credited a split shot rig for their success. Great job guys!
Neville Green and Scott Taylor grabbed second with five bass weighing 12.11 lbs. good for $650.00. They used a buzzbait and spook to catch their fish!
In third were our 2005 National Champions, Mike Mastin and Gerald Mastin with a limit weighing 11.29 lbs. good for a $470.00 payday! They used jigs and worms for their catch.
The last money spot and big fish of the tournament went to Mark Finley with 3 bass weighing 10.08 lbs. He received $300.00 for fourth and $200.00 for big fish and used a jig for his catch!
We want to thank Anna Point Marina for their support and the anglers that supported these qualifiers. The 2008 schedule has been approved by Anna Point which has 8 dates reserved.
We're in the middle of working out our 2008 season and there are some changes on the way that I'm sure most anglers will appreciate. We'll be making announcements soon for the 2008 season and we can't wait to get back to Lake Anna.
